Fantastic Food Options

I was amazed by the dining options available at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort. The on-site restaurant, Crooked Surf, offered a variety of delicious meals that I absolutely loved. The servers were attentive and quick, making each dining experience enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast menu, which had something for everyone. I can't wait to return and try more dishes!

Lovely Ocean View Room

Amazing Pool Area

The pool area at the Sheraton was simply wonderful. It provided an inviting atmosphere for both relaxation and fun. I loved the fire pits in the evenings which added to the soothing ambiance. There was ample seating, making it easy to find a spot to unwind while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Kid-Friendly Facilities

The resort catered wonderfully to families. The new pool area was not only great for adults but was also designed with kids in mind, making it fun and safe for them. I felt comfortable letting my children enjoy the water while I relaxed nearby. It was a highlight of our stay, and my kids still talk about it!

I faced long check-in times and poor housekeeping, which definitely affected my stay. The pleasant view of the ocean from my room was a highlight, but the rocky beach wasn’t ideal for swimming. Dining was a letdown, particularly with the Thanksgiving dinner that took forever, leaving me wishing I had chosen another option. Overall, some improvements are necessary for the resort to truly become a comfortable retreat.

Our stay at Sheraton Coconut Beach was nothing short of fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the hotel’s recent remodel made everything look fresh and clean. The location right by the beach was ideal for our family, and we felt safe letting our kids play in the water. However, we did encounter a few small bugs in our room that needed attention, but the staff was eager to resolve it. Overall, it was a memorable experience for everyone.
